Removal of Disqualification
Have you been disqualified for more than 2 years?
Did you know that in certain circumstances it may be possible to apply to the Court to return your licence BEFORE the end of your disqualification period?!
If you have been disqualified by the Court, read on and call Holdens now for specific advice.
If you have been disqualified for more than two years:
- Disqualified for between 2 and 4 years then you may apply for your disqualification to be lifted after 2 years of the disqualification has elapsed
- Disqualified for between 4 and 10 years then you may apply for your disqualification to be lifted after half the time has elapsed
- In other cases you may apply after 5 years has elapsed
Note: These provisions do not apply if you have been disqualified until you pass a further driving test.
You are advised to seek specialist legal advice regarding your own personal circumstances and the merits of your case. A Holdens lawyer will take you through the process and advise accordingly. Take advantage of our expert assistance.
